Will you be listing my home on the MLS or actually buying it?

Do you pay fair prices for properties?

How do you determine the price to offer on my home?
Great question, and we’re an open book: Our process is very straightforward. We look at the location of the property, what repairs are needed if any, the current condition of the property, and the value of comparable homes sold in the area recently. We take many pieces of information into consideration and come up with a fair price that works for us and works for you too.
Are there any fees or commissions to work with you?
There are no additional fees or commissions when you go through a transaction with us, just the industry standard of splitting closing costs between buyer and seller.
How are you different from a real estate agent?
Real estate agents list and market your home for purchase. We are the people that they market for, we buy houses directly, and by cutting out real estate agents in the process we can save you money, not forcing you to pay the average 5–6% commission that you run into in a typical real estate agent transaction. Another benefit is that the average time from list to close in the housing market is 3–4 months. We are buyers right now and, even with a feasibility period in place, we are still much quicker than a typical transaction.
